Frostburg State University’s graduate programs are designed to meet the needs of working professionals or those recently graduated seeking to advance or change careers. With options to enroll full- or part-time, the MBA, M.S. in Recreation and Park Management and M.Ed. in Special Education programs are delivered online while our M.Ed. programs are offered through evening on-campus or hybrid/blended courses to fit our students’ busy lifestyles. Other programs are offered in cohort models and are designed for full-time study. FSU offers 14 master’s programs and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. Whatever advanced degree you pursue at FSU, you can be confident it will be universally respected in the workplace and assist you in achieving your life goals.

As a result, all of the federal and state aid awarded to our students in financial aid packages are estimated and subject to change. If funding is reduced or discontinued, we will notify our students as soon as possible and attempt to assist them with finding alternative resources.
