Payment & Refund Policy
- Service charges paid to DHS Aviation are for consultancy and processing support only.
- Embassy fees, medical fees, translation charges, and verification fees are not included unless stated.
- All payments made for consultancy services are non-refundable, even if the visa is refused, delayed, or withdrawn.
- Refunds apply only if DHS Aviation fails to deliver the service promised in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, accurate, and verifiable documents.
- Disclose all immigration and travel history truthfully.
- Pay all required fees on time.
- Cooperate throughout the process.
DHS Aviation is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by false documents, non-cooperation,
