Payment & Refund Policy

• Service charges paid to DHS Aviation are for consultancy and processing support only.
• Embassy fees, medical fees, translation charges, and verification fees are not included unless stated.
• All payments made for consultancy services are non-refundable, even if the visa is refused, delayed, or withdrawn.
• Refunds apply only if DHS Aviation fails to deliver the service promised in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Disclose all immigration and travel history truthfully.
• Pay all required fees on time.
• Cooperate throughout the process.
